THOMAS'S STORY

 

I’ve spent the past decade training consistently in the gym, building a strong foundation as a dedicated lifter. I used weight lifting to help boost my performance in swimming and ultimate frisbee.

In recent years, I added sprint training under the guidance of an Olympic-level coach, an experience that fundamentally changed my approach to fitness. By shifting from traditional weightlifting to a more complete, performance-focused style of training, I now train as a well-rounded athlete. That transition has reshaped both my physique and overall performance, and it’s a standard I have no intention of stepping away from.
