Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads you can use straight away, so sales are generally final.

If something's wrong, like the file won't open, you were charged twice, or you bought the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll fix it or refund you.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Once a purchase is refunded, its download link stops working.
